Kevin Omiliak, Founder & General Manager

As one of the co-founders of G2, Kevin Omiliak has been in the General Manager role since 2005. All aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company, including Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Sales and Marketing report to him. With the development of G2′s management team over the last several years, Kevin is excited to focus on strategic growth opportunities in the future.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Robert Caldwell, Founder / Managing Partner- Emerging Business Opportunities

Bob has been responsible for client development and communications as well as the strategic vision of G2 since its founding. To further accelerate G2′s growth, Bob’s focus has shifted to strategic markets and emerging business opportunities. Bob will continue to serve as G2′s primary global spokesman while maintaining key client contacts.

Rob Leach, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President at G2 Web Services, Rob Leach is responsible for worldwide business operations, client satisfaction and card network relationships. He oversees the global delivery of all G2 programs and services and is involved with developing the strategic direction for the company.

Before joining G2 in 2009, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Landmark Development Ventures, as Director of Worldwide Mobile Solutions Development at Intel, and as Manager of Technology Integration Solutions at Accenture. He has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Manish Gaudi, VP of Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development at G2 Web Services, Manish Gaudi identifies market needs and drives new products from ideas to reality. He also runs product management and project management at G2.

Prior to joining G2, Manish worked for the U.S. Government as an intelligence analyst focusing on emerging global science and technology issues. He has a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and minors in Political Science and Biomedical Engineering, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

David Landis, VP of Sales

As Vice President of Global Sales, David Landis drives G2’s sales team, along with international sales strategy and execution. He is responsible for generating new business through relationships with current and prospective clients. David has been with the company since 2007, and he brings significant experience to G2.

He has a BA in Communications from Central Washington University.

Jen Mack, VP of Business Development

As VP of Business Development for G2 Web Services, Jen Mack is responsible for driving the continued adoption of G2 risk management services and for developing and maintaining strategic G2 industry partnerships. With her strong background in data security and PCI DSS and her reputation as a known industry leader, Jen will also participate in speaking engagements on behalf of G2 at global industry conferences.

Prior to G2, Jen was the Director of the Global PCI Consulting Service at Verizon Business, where she managed the P&L for the PCI Practice and developed the global PCI Leadership team. She was also the primary Verizon liaison with the key stakeholders within the payments industry. Before coming to Verizon, Jen worked across several functions of fraud management planning and programs at MasterCard as Vice President, Fraud Management Solutions. She developed MasterCard’s first PCI Education Program to drive the adoption of the PCI DSS for acquirers and their merchants. Jen also served as the Chairperson of the PCI SSC Marketing Working Group for two years, and has previously held positions as the Director of Compliance Management at CyberTrust and Technical Product Manager at MCI/Worldcom. Jen has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University.

Brian Vannoy, VP of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Brian Vannoy leads the Engineering organization by combining G2’s vision along with core engineering needs to build, support, and innovate solutions critical to the success of the business. He is also responsible for identifying new opportunities where technology can enhance G2’s ability to offer best-in-class solutions to our customers.

Prior to G2, Brian held roles at AT&T Fixed Wireless, Innovative Marketing, and most recently, Gambit Media, where he managed the SaaS startup in the B2B space.
